Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: Customer pays return postage
Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

🇪🇺 EU & International Returns
Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage costs

🌟 Items marked as final sale or seconds at time of purchase
🌟 Damaged products (due to customer misuse or neglect)

Damaged or Defective Items
We want to make right when things go wrong.  If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  We will request photos or the order and the damage.  

📦 How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@fatpapa.co.uk with your order number, providing as much information as possible.
🌟 We'll provide return instructions and address.  
🌟 Pack the item securely in original packaging
🌟 Ship using a tracked service - un-tracked items that do not arrive can not be refunded
🌟 Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
